CAPABILITIES

We have extensive expertise in cost estimation, planning, engineering, pre fabrication, heavy equipment hoisting, installation, testing and commissioning, all gained through local project experience as well as international experience through our staff. Our standard workflow consists of the following detailed stages:

Stage 1 - Project Planning:

1. Establish a workable project baseline program of works in coordination with project stakeholders, both internally (procurement, engineering, project managers/planners) and externally (client representatives, civil, structural and other trade contractors).
2. Develop required procurement schedules, engineering deliverables plan and resource plans.
3. Create a mobilization plan, including temporary facility setup and coordination.
4. Align and coordinate with project owners, clients and consultants to ensure a comprehensive communication plan is in place.

Stage 2 – Engineering Deliverables

1. Working drawings, Material submittals and method statements are prepared to the highest standard, following the project program, specifications, contract documents, statutory regulations and local laws.
2. The engineering deliverables are submitted to the consultant for review and approval, and also to the required local authorities or service authorities.
3. The deliverables are prepared well in advance to allow ample time for review and comment by the consultant or service authority.
4. Documents are filled, marked and stamped according to the relevant regulations. Revisions are thoroughly tracked and only approved, updated documents are allowed to be used for site installation, procurement and inspections.
5. Leverage technologies like BIM (Building Information Modelling) to produce precise, coordinated drawings for pre fabrication off site. This helps reduce time and costs on projects.

Stage 3 – Installation Stage:

1. The project program of works is carefully monitored and updated on a regular basis to identify and address any potential delays. Experienced site personnel are utilized to carry out the works with strict supervision and guidance from the engineers/supervisors/foreman, following approved Drawings and Method statements.
2. Internal Quality Control and Quality Assurance procedures are diligently followed to ensure the quality of material deliveries and site installation. Any quality issues and non-conformances are tracked and addressed in a timely manner following internal procedures.
3. Pre-commission studies and expert reviews are conducted to identify and address any adjustments needed before the testing and commissioning stages. This helps to minimize issues at the later stages of the project.

Stage 4 – Testing and Commissioning:

1. Preparation of detailed test plans, including a schedule of activities, to ensure all installation, testing and commissioning requirements are met.
2. Testing of all equipment to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
3. Submission of detailed test reports to the consultant for review and approval.

Stage 5 – Handover Stage:

1. Preparation of comprehensive Operation and Maintenance Manuals for all systems/equipment, including detailed diagrams and instructions, to ensure correct usage and maintenance of all equipment.
2. Creation of As-built Drawings and Documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness of the project.
3. On-Site and Off-Site Training to ensure the operations team understand the system/equipment in detail.
4. Close-out of any defects identified during the testing and commissioning stage.
